With experience spanning consumer insights, category management, e-commerce and strategy at leading brands such as Danone, Rakuten and Henkel, Gabriela has worked across key areas of market growth, identifying trends, shaping strategies and translating data into business impact.

She holds a dual master’s degree in Management and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, equipping her with a strong foundation in business operations and market dynamics.

Coming from the client side, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges brands face in translating insights into action. BoltChatAI is changing the way we connect with consumers, and I’m excited to use these insights to help brands make more meaningful, data-driven decisions.
