With a distinguished background in research technology, strategy and insights, Lester will play a key role in expanding BoltChatAI’s presence across key APAC markets.
With over 25 years of experience of driving commercial growth for top global organisations, Lester has built a reputation as a leader at the intersection of technology and industry. He has played a pivotal role in shaping market strategies across the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Australia and Singapore, leading high-impact initiatives that drive innovation and operational success.
His expertise in AI Enablement and the Data Prediction Flywheel from MIT Professional Education strengthens his ability to integrate predictive analytics and data-driven strategies into industry operations.
Beyond corporate leadership, Lester is a recognised thought leader in market research and insights. As Chairperson of the ESOMAR APAC Program Committee, he helps shape global discussions on sustainability and innovation.
He also shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman, teaching behavioural economics, marketing and market research applications.

Marina Roman Herrera
ESOMAR Staff, Digital Marketing Specialist at ESOMARMarina joined ESOMAR in April 2023 as a Social Media Specialist. Her role involves managing and optimizing ESOMAR's social media accounts, as well as developing and implementing social media campaigns to engage with the ESOMAR community.
Prior to joining ESOMAR, Marina worked as a Social Media Marketer at LightInTheBox for a couple of years, where she gained experience in social media strategy development, content creation, and community management. She also worked as a Social Media Manager and Gallery Assistant for an art gallery in the Netherlands.
Marina, who is originally from Spain, is enthusiastic about joining the ESOMAR communication team and is excited to take ESOMAR's social media presence to the next level by implementing innovative strategies and engaging content to reach and connect with ESOMAR's community.
