BoltChatAI Launches UX Testing

This new capability allows brands to integrate UX testing into their conversational research, providing a seamless way to evaluate websites, digital products and user journeys.
Unlike traditional UX testing which often relies on separate tools and platforms, BoltChatAI embeds the process directly into its chat guides, enabling brands to collect real-time feedback while respondents complete tasks in a natural, uninterrupted flow.
Clients will now have the ability to select "UX Test" as a project type, which automatically generates research objectives and a structured chat guide. Respondents are then guided through specific tasks while sharing their screens, allowing brands to capture user interactions in real time.
As tasks are completed, the AI-Moderator assesses whether they were successful, prompting retries if necessary and delivering immediate follow-up questions to explore user behaviours further.
Once the session is complete, the platform generates a detailed report, including a UX Summary highlighting key findings and full session recordings for deeper analysis.
"Great UX is essential for brand success, and we’re making it easier than ever to understand real user experiences.
With BoltChatAI’s UX Testing, you can now see how consumers navigate their digital journeys in real time, while also capturing the deeper ‘why’ behind their behaviour. This is a game-changer for any company looking to improve their digital touchpoints with true qualitative depth at scale."
Hakan Yurdakul, CEO of BoltChatAI
With this launch, BoltChatAI continues to expand its capabilities, helping brands move beyond surface-level insights to uncover what truly shapes user experiences.
