Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, Arleen was Director of Research at Microsoft’s Central Marketing Group where her team supported the Windows PC and smartphone businesses. She also worked for Motorola where she led cross-functional teams carry out multi-country qualitative and quantitative research to support the company’s innovation, product development and launch efforts. Arleen started her research career at Nielsen managing multi-country custom studies for clients in FMCG, Technology, Health and Pharmaceutical industries.
David Kerr
Senior Vice President, Global Wireless Practice at Strategy AnalyticsDavid has 30 years of experience in the mobility space and has worked with leading operators, device vendors, and solutions providers to translate technology capabilities into effective customer value propositions.
David is responsible for the Global Wireless, Intelligent Home and Teligen Tariff practices at Strategy Analytics. He is responsible for setting the research agenda across networks, applications and devices in the wireless space and for developing new syndicated research programs which extend Strategy Analytics’ leadership in the connected consumer and connected business segments. He has spoken at dozens of industry conferences and has completed numerous custom consulting projects centering on opportunity assessment, market segmentation, portfolio analysis, and competitive assessment.
David holds an Executive MBA degree from Suffolk University, Boston, and a BA Marketing from Thames University London.
