Overview
How many times has it been said that clients and stakeholders want actionable solutions rather than mere data and a recitation of the methodology? The presentation of the findings and insights is normally the culmination of the research project and the researcher’s opportunity to shine in front of their client.
It is therefore critical that clients and stakeholders are shown the wood for the trees, that they clearly understand the key ‘story’ behind the data and are guided towards making the right business decisions. It is also important that the story is told with the utmost visual impact. This highly practical workshop will enable you to communicate compelling research and insight stories that are clear, memorable, actionable and client-focused, and that pass the ‘elevator’ test.
You will leave with concrete actions to implement back in the workplace, helping you to address the key business issues and answer the priority questions of your clients and stakeholders. The over-riding aim is to help you to increase your impact and influence, raise your profile and improve others’ perception of the value that you deliver.
